Bonnie was an excellent resource for us. To be honest, I am always skeptical of real estate agents. Bonnie was a good fit for us. She understood that we were not in a hurry to buy, but that we wanted to buy our forever home. Always on the lookout and always listening to our concerns, Bonnie is a force. She really understood what our needs and wants were. Bonnie knows her territory like the back of her hand. She also knows people. Bonnie has a knack of bringing people together and helping things move forward. I’ve worked with many, many real estate agents in the past. There are only two agents I would recommend to anyone. One real estate agent is in the state of Delaware. The other is Bonnie Sue. Bonnie is the top of my list and the only realtor that I would work with again as a buying agent. She’s really terrific and always at the ready. Bonnie is respectful, knowledgeable and, has a good sense of humor. I appreciated Bonnie immensely for the work she did for us.
