She had tons of patience with us to see house after house (we had no idea what we really wanted) until we found our dream home. Through thick and thin, from the beginning to the smooth closing, Bonnie Bevans was there for my family. She knows real estate like non other, very knowledgeable of most areas in CT. She asks the right questions and listens carefully to specific needs. Our family required a very specific type of home to pass a VA home loan qualification and she hit the nail right on the head when she found our home. I don’t need another realtor ever again, if and when we move, we’re absolutely calling Bonnie! She’s up to date with technology and very responsive to calls and text messages. If you need a realtor that will actually represent you then she is the one! Her negotiation skills are second to non. She makes you feel like family really and that was the biggest take away from our contract negotiation. Her bearing says I’m all about business (and she is) but she isn’t out there trying to make a quick buck, she takes her time, makes good on her promises and helps you find your dream home.
