Bonnie Bevans went above and beyond to help us find the property we were looking for. She devoted herself to searching the market till she found an estate that suited our needs for over four years, we were picky in a highly competitive market time. Bonnie is pleasant and relaxed to work with, and she has deep roots in Northwest Connecticut, so when it was time for the house inspetion she organized the building inspector and septic inspector, and they coordinated to be there in just one day. There were a few amendments to the sale contract, and every time Bonnie responded blistering fast with an updated contract. Bonnie approached every aspect of the sale with enthusiasm and smiles, even when dealing with difficult dynamics/negotiations. We highly recommend Bonnie, and can't say enough good things about our experience working with her, we certianly couldn't have done it without her.
